Heritage District Audit Gathering

If you have questions about your 2023 Audit, there will be an Audit Gathering on April 17 at Englewood UMC from 10 am – 8 pm. Please contact Heidi Seifert, to let her know when you will be attending.

** Each church will need to have 2 people attend (if at all possible). You will need to bring the following reports: Detailed General Ledger, Trial Balance, and a Profit and Loss Statement. If you can bring all invoices and contributions relating to the months of April and November, we can reconcile them to the General Ledger. If possible, please bring your financial policy and authority guidelines if you have one in place. The guidelines we will be using can be found on the Conference Treasurer’s website at auditguide.pdf (nccumc.org).
