Dear Heritage District Church Clergy & Lay Leaders,

Thank you for your help in identifying Lay Equalization Plan nominees. The Board of Laity met on March 8^th to approve these Delegate to Annual Conference. Thanks to your encouragement the Heritage District approved 26 delegates and 12 alternates.

Each of them will receive a letter at the end of March to inform them of their status and give them pertinent information of annual conference.
